SECS/GEM interfaces represent an industry-specific integration interface for semiconductor technology and electronics manufacturing.
SECS/GEM interfaces form the link between the equipment and the higher-level MES system. SECS/GEM is used to send production and equipment data, alarms, process values, process parameters, and more.

Long years of experience are the basis for our own SECS/GEM solutions like VAC FabLink as a universal machine interface, and VECC, a cell controller solution for equipment integration (SECS/GEM conversion and linking to MES systems and their IT communication structure).
