e-Diagnostics and remote maintenance

Global help for globalized production

The rising complexity of technological processes requires in particular for the semiconductor industry that a suitable mechanism be defined for providing experts to assist operators of the equipment effectively and quickly in approaching problems. This is used on one hand to prevent unnecessary downtimes and on the other to define effective ways of performing maintenance on the equipment software in an uncomplicated and rapid manner.
e-diagnostics
The current standardization efforts in the semiconductor industry support these demands.

Example - International SEMATECH:

Level 0 – Access and Remote Collaboration
Remote connectivity to the tool and remote collaboration capabilities
Level 1 – Collection and Control
Remote performance monitoring and Tool Operation
Level 2 – Analysis
Automated reporting and advanced analysis with SPC capability
Level 3 – Prediction
Predictive maintenance, self diagnostics and automated notification

With our RDAT – Remote Diagnostics and Administration Tool we implement these requirements according to your needs. We will be glad to assist you in any questions related to e-Diagnostics. Just ask us!
