Recipe Management: Managing the production parameters

Flexible production down to the individual machine

Flexibility, coupled with consistently high quality, are just one demand of modern manufacturing. Recipe Management enables efficient management of the production instructions and parameters (recipe).

Changes in production flow can be supported by shorter set-up times and increase reliability with respect to the settings and parameters used.

navigationAll functions at a glance:
  • Create, modify, copy and delete recipes for individual process stations and the entire production line
  • Configure throughput plans at the corresponding process stations
  • Ensure mixed-model production
  • Define alternate production steps and conditional jumps based on production events and process values (e.g. handling of rework)
  • Define and select schemes for equipment set-up
  • Implemented state model for recipe versions (e.g. in production, for inspection, release)

Management of the recipe parameters can be handled in various production departments based on the client/server architecture.
