Analysis of the Reliability, Availability and Maintenability: Improve your production

The logical consequence of continuous recording of relevant events and values from your machines is the calculation of availability indicators. These RAM values (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) use specific indicators to enable the analysis and comparison of machines.

indicatorsTypical indicators include:

  • MTBF – Mean Time Between Failure
  • MTBA – Mean Time Between Assist
  • MTTR – Mean Time To Repair
  • UP - Uptime
  • AV – Availabilty
  • TU – Total Utilization

We offer you our experience in determining and calculating these indicators in various industry branches. With the technological know-how concerning your production process, you are now in the position of analyzing or improving your production quasi-online.
