Analysis of the Reliability, Availability and Maintenability: Improve your productionThe logical consequence of continuous recording of relevant events and values from your machines is the calculation of availability indicators. These RAM values (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) use specific indicators to enable the analysis and comparison of machines.
Typical indicators include:
- MTBF – Mean Time Between Failure
- MTBA – Mean Time Between Assist
- MTTR – Mean Time To Repair
- UP - Uptime
- AV – Availabilty
- TU – Total Utilization
