Equipment availability

Increasing productivity through more transparency

High availability of equipment is a prerequisite for efficient production. Measuring this availability and evaluating in the form of reliability and maintainability indicators are essential sources of information for continuous productivity improvement.

These indicators are referred to as RAM values (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability)

Consistent evaluation helps the operator to detect weak points in his production equipment so that he can start appropriate measures for improvement.
