Efficiency of your equipment: Equipment Performance TrackingThe goal of EPT is to determing the performance of equipment in the semiconductor industry. The SEMI E116 standard defines a state model for three basic equipment states to ensure comparability of the obtained data. Evaluation of these SEMI E116 states shows the availability of the equipment and its utilisation, making it an important factor in production planning.
We implement this standard in our equipment controllers and are eager to address your requirements for integration into your systems.
