Company Guidelines
The business activity of AIS Automation Dresden GmbH is oriented towards meeting the needs and requirements of our customers. We apply the following company guidelines:

AIS Automation Dresden GmbH is a compotent partner for innovative solutions in the areas of automation and information technology. We guarantee our customers the agreed upon or better quality of all products and services.
- Teamwork
We work in a team. This allows us to meet customer requirements in an optimum and innovative way.
- Responsibility
Every employee of AIS Automation Dresden GmbH shows responsibility for the work he or she performs.
- Products and Services
Our products and services follow the highest technical level and are subject to continuous quality control. We achieve this through the use of innovative technology and procedures as well as through expertise and adherence to deadlines.
Quality policy
In addition to the company guidelines, a quality policy has been defined in conjunction with the introduction of a quality management system. The quality guidelines reflect the company goals in the particular area of quality management. They have a medium- and long-range time perspective. Our work is the basis for the confidence our customers and employees have in the quality of what we do. Not only acquiring this confidence, but also constantly maintaining and deepening it is the goal of our quality policy. The following quality guidelines are thus both the goal and the obligation of top management when it comes to quality. They correspond to the greatest degree possible to the expectations and demands of our customers.
Quality guidelines of AIS Automation Dresden GmbH:
- We work using the methods, procedures and tools which conform to the customer requirements, the legal standards as well as the state-of-the-art in science and technology. In this way we intend to achieve assurance and continuous improvement of our products and services.
- Our customers are included in all essential project stages and decisions, so that implementation of our products and services is transparent for the customer.
- Quality is most important for us. We have made a commitment to meet our own quality guidelines. Each one of us takes charge to ensure that these are successfully implemented in each person’s area of activity.
- We have created a corporate environment which promotes motivation and qualification.
- We strive for stable business processes so as to ensure high-quality and economical company performance.
QM System
AIS Automation Dresden GmbH employs a mature QM system which is constantly adapted to the demands of the company – in particular to modern and efficient software production. The QM system bindingly regulates work sequences and cooperation between the departments. Process-relevant data and experiences are selectively collected so as to ideally design the sequences.
The QM system is used to make the “best practices” of the processes usable throughout the company. The QM system is the base for ISO 9001 certification.
